Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) has obtained the international ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, confirming its compliance with this globally recognized standard.

The certificate was awarded by the certification body TÜV Austria GMBH based on an audit conducted from November 26-29, 2024, to assess ADY's conformity with ISO 9001 standards.

ISO standards are among the most widely adopted and significant standards worldwide. By achieving ISO 9001 certification, ADY reaffirms its commitment to improving its freight and passenger transportation services at a global level.

The ISO 9001 certification enhances Azerbaijan Railways' competitiveness, enabling stronger relationships with customers and partners. Additionally, it strengthens the company’s strategic development, improves the quality of services and products, and boosts customer satisfaction.
