The next step in building a unified digital space – ADY’s electronic portal is now faster with “digital.login”!

As part of its digital transformation strategy, “Azerbaijan Railways” CJSC (ADY), operating under the Azerbaijan Transport and Communications Holding (AZCON Holding), has introduced another innovation.

Thus, ADY’s electronic services portal has been successfully integrated with the country’s unified digital identification system, “digital.login.” This innovation allows users to access the portal more quickly, securely, and conveniently.

Users can now access services on the portal using existing identification methods, including SIMA Signature, Asan Imza, SIMA Token (Electronic Signature), Identification Number, and Bank Certificate Services Center (BSXM) Electronic Signature.

Key advantages of the integration:

- Simple and fast access – Eliminates the need for repeated registration;
- Enhanced security – Uses government-approved identification tools;
- Time-saving – Speeds up the process of submitting requests and applications;
- Compatibility with government systems – Enables integration with the “MyGov” portal and other state platforms.

It is worth noting that the project was implemented in cooperation with the Innovation and Digital Development Agency and makes a significant contribution to the development of the digital government system in Azerbaijan. At the same time, this innovation paves the way for the further expansion of online services offered under the “one-stop shop” principle.

It should be recalled that the electronic services portal recently launched by ADY (https://portal.ady.az/) aims to enhance operational efficiency and improve the quality of services provided to citizens and business customers. It ensures that railway services are delivered in a more convenient, modern, transparent, and innovative manner. The portal will continue to develop as a key platform providing citizens with online access to applications and other services.

In line with its digitalization strategy, ADY will continue implementing new projects to reduce paper document circulation and minimize the environmental impact caused by paper use by digitizing its services. These efforts cover a wide range of processes—from ticket sales and cargo tracking to real-time data exchange through security systems.

In this context, digitalization plays a key role in ADY’s technological modernization and the transformation of its business model, the development of a customer-oriented approach, and the acceleration of integration with global railway networks. This process not only enhances the competitiveness of the railway but also contributes to strengthening the country’s transport and logistics potential.
