Career
Alirza Suleymanov began his career in 1980 as a brigade leader at the Baku locomotive depot, later advancing through various positions.
From 1996 to 1997, he served as the head of the "Passenger Transport" Production Association of Azerbaijan State Railways. From 1997 to 2010, he served as the Deputy Head of Azerbaijan State Railways.
Appointed First Deputy Chairman of Azerbaijan Railways Closed Joint Stock Company on February 22, 2010.
