1997-2001: Studied at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, graduating with honors in "Public and Municipal Administration" and obtaining a bachelor's degree.
2001-2003: Continued studies at the Academy of Public Administration, graduating with honors in "Legal Regulation of the Economy" and obtaining a master's degree.
2007: Defended his dissertation and received a Candidate of Economic Sciences degree.
2014: Continued education at the Business Continuity Institute, completing the "Business Resilience Management" program, and has since been a full member of the institute.
Career
2004-2012: Worked at "Azerpost" LLC in various positions, including Deputy Head of Business Development and Head of Operations.
2012-2014: Served as an advisor on corporate governance at "Azercosmos" OJSC.
2014-2021: Deputy Chairman of "Azercosmos" OJSC.
2021: Appointed Deputy Minister of Transport, Communications, and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan by presidential decree.
2022: Appointed Chairman of the Azerbaijan Railways Closed Joint Stock Company by presidential decree.
